n Technical project manager of the Online Shop Redesign project, rebuilding the Orange e-Sales web site using the ATG Commerce Suite and deploying onto new hardware platforms. Pioneered the use of a Cap Gemini facilitated ‘Collaboration Zone’ to hot house the requirements definition workstream and employed an agile approach to the customer experience definition work stream. Budgetary responsibility: £5M n Management of two projects to interface the e-Sales site with on-line authorisation, credit assessment, billing, telesales and SAP warehouse management systems. Budgetary responsibility: £6M n Deployment of FatWire Content Server and associated business processes to support content management and personalisation on the Orange web site.
